The Crippled Masters (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This was a very unusual movie: the story of two handicapped fighters who sought revenge. The whole movie was less than exciting. I was not very entertained watching two real life disabled men (one with no arms and one with no muscles in his legs) onscreen. I would really not recommend this movie because it was very poorly made. I have seen other movies where there were disabled fighters, but the actors had all of their limbs and it was not visible. I gave this movie a 1/2 star. This movie is not worth renting.

Wrong! The film was both authentic and original and fights were awsome.
General Stone (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This movie was okay if you are into martial arts and fantasy. I was a little lost in the way this movie was pieced together. There were scenes that jumped from one story to another. The martial arts choreography was not that great, due to the fact that Stone Ghosts were fought in a few fight scenes. I was not thrilled with this movie and I gave it 1 star.
Mantis Fists And Tiger Claws (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This movie was okay until it got close to the end. I think this was the first sci-fi martial arts movie that I have ever seen. I don’t want to spoil this movie, but it was very cheesy with a half-woman/half-mantis. The fight scenes were okay until the mantis woman was revealed. I thought that was way over the top. They could have skipped that. I can say this was one of the few movies that I have seen that I truly rated a 1 star. Don't rush to buy this movie. It can wait.
Drunken Fist Boxing (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This is my first ever 1-star rating and it's well deserved. I can't believe this was a Sam Seed movie. This was a terrible movie. I could not get past the horrible English Dub [on the Xenon DVD]. There are usually British guys doing voiceovers, but you could barely understand the dialogue. The story was slow and the fight scenes were mediocre at best. Please don't rush out to get this movie. I think you might be disappointed as well.
Revenge Of The Kung Fu Mao (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure I didn't care much for this movie. The story was all over the place and hard to follow at times. The [PanMedia DVD] video was dark and distorted as well. The fight scenes got better as the movie progressed. I was overall not thrilled after watching this movie. I give it a disappointing 2 stars.
Killer Of Snake, Fox Of Shaolin (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This was not my type of movie. Too much magic and not enough kung fu. Just disappointing to see Carter Wong (star of "18 Bronzemen") in this type of movie. Don't rush out to get this movie.

I was very disappointed with this movie. The ending was also disappointing. There were maybe two good fight scenes in this movie. Don't rush out to get it.

Shaolin Prince (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This movie was not my cup of tea. There was a lot of superhuman flying and floating through the air. It took away from the actual great fight scenes. The storyline was good, but the occult scene and the superhuman flying could have been left out.
Rage Of The Masters (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This movie was full of action, but the story was not put together well. It was very predictable and the voice dubbing was horrible. This was not one of my favorite Jimmy Wang Yu films. Don't rush out to buy this movie.
Gold Snatchers (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This was not as hard-hitting as I expected from the cast. Both lead stars have great movies. In this movie I was hoping for something spectacular, but it all fell by the wayside. The story was good, but all of the fight scenes were on the same level. Nothing to write home to mom about.
Ninja Hunter (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This was a good movie, minus the silly flying scenes. I liked the stories and the fight scenes were pretty good. I am used to a lot of Ninja movies having super human stunts, and this movie was no different. Lots of weird scenes with the magic and flying. Only 2 1/2 stars for this movie.
The World Of Drunken Master (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Not the best drunken style movie. It went from one main villain to two more. I'm not sure why this story was written the way it was, but it seems like they ran out of plot before they finished the movie. Don't go out and rush to buy this movie.
Raiders Of Buddhist Kung Fu (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Not one of Gordon Liu's best. This movie was okay. Kinda' hard to follow at times. Not great action sequences.
Filthy Guy (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This was a pretty good movie. It was not one of Sammo Hung's best movies, but it was entertaining. One of my favorite action stars was in this movie also (Carter Wong). I was hoping for a hard hitting action movie, but it was just merely entertaining. The martial arts fight scenes were pretty good. I guess I expected a little more given the two superstars in the movie.
Fearless Dragon (product link) Martial Arts / Comedy This was a pretty good offbeat martial arts/comedy movie. The action was a little slow until the end. The humor references in this movie were a bit corny and didn't make much sense at all. There were a few good action scenes, but overall it was just corny comedy.
Warrior Of Steel (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This movie was pretty good. Lots of good fight scenes. The story was a little confusing until it got towards the end which made this movie a little hard to keep up with. This movie was entertaining but nothing special to rush out to go and purchase immediately.
Duel For Gold (product link) Action/Adventure / Crime This movie was pretty good. There were tons of swordplay and plenty of fight scenes. Nothing really special to get excited about. I did enjoy the plot and the twists to the story. There was a lot of 1970s-style carnage. This movie was entertaining but nothing to rush out and buy immediately.
The Magic Blade (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This film was pretty good. It was more on the level of fantasy and adventure as opposed to hardcore martial arts. There were a few fight scenes that were very good with swordplay. Overall this was okay. This was not my favorite Ti Lung film.
18 Secrets Of Kung Fu (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This movie was okay. Nothing spectacular other than the title. The fight scenes were just okay. I was waiting for an action packed ending, but it was mediocre at best.
One Man Army [1980] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This movie was okay. The story was good and so were the fight scenes. There were a few scenes with superhuman feats that were over the top that took away from this movie. Overall it was a pretty good movie.

Enter The Fat Dragon (product link) Martial Arts / Comedy This was a pretty good movie. The Bruce Lee impersonation was not bad. The story was pretty good and the fight scenes were typical Sammo Hung. I caught the blatant stereotype in this movie where a Chinese man played a black man. Of course this movie was made in 1984 and this was not uncommon. Overall it was a very entertaining movie.
The Eight Escorts (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This movie was pretty good. I think that the fight scenes could have been better choreographed, especially with all of the stars in this film. It seemed like the fight scenes were a little slow and performed by the numbers. I felt like I could have joined in and finished the scenes. Overall the story was good. It was not as hardcore as it started out to be in the beginning.
Two Toothless Tigers (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This movie was okay. It had a ton of comedy and slapstick throughout this movie. The action didn't get started until near the end of the movie. Outside of the comedy, it had a very good fight scene towards the end.
Scorching Sun, Fierce Winds, Wild Fire (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This was a pretty good Angela Mao Ying movie. The story was nice and the action was good. Lo Lieh was great as well. There was nothing that really stood out in this movie, but it was good overall. I gave it 3 stars based on the action. I could go either way with this film. Good or bad.
The Kung Fu Emperor (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This was not a bad movie. The story was pretty good. The fight scenes were okay. I am used to the Ti Lung movies having a more vicious bad guy, but this movie was a little different. It lacked the vicious bad guy at the end. Overall I gave this movie 3 stars.
The Green Hornet: Batman Crossover Episodes (product link) TV Shows/Movies / Martial Arts This DVD had 2 classic episodes from the TV sitcom "Batman". It starred Kato and the Green Hornet. It was great to see these classic shows. This was a step back into memory lane with Bruce Lee.
Duel Of The Iron Fist (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This was a very interesting movie. There was not a lot of hand to hand martial arts, but plenty of knife fights. I liked the part played by David Chang. His character was a mystery until the end. It was a very interesting movie.
Master With Cracked Fingers (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This movie was enjoyable--a typical Jackie Chan movie with a few comedy scenes and very creative fights.

Knockabout (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This was a pretty good movie. Lots of comical parts in it. The fights scenes were good. They reminded me of a Jackie Chan movie. This was not your hardcore movie, but very entertaining.
The Flying Guillotine 2 (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This was a pretty good movie. The star of the movie was the Guillotine. The story was okay and the small fight scenes were good. This movie was not on the same level as the famous movie "Flying Guillotine Vs. The One Armed Boxer". It's worth the rainy-night-at-home movie choice.
