Red Sun (product link) Western / Action/Adventure I have always loved this film,and was very happy to have found it on DVD. Charles Bronson and Toshiro Mifune--how can you go wrong? If you like these two guys you will like this film.
Zatoichi: The Television Series Vol. 5 (product link) TV Shows/Movies / Martial Arts Shintaro Katsu. I don't know if anyone else could pull off such a loveable character as Zatoichi for so long. If you like any of the movies of Zatoichi, you will also enjoy the TV series as well. It's not as bloody but still good to watch.
Female Yakuza Tale: Inquisition And Torture (product link) Action/Adventure / Crime Exploitation: that's what this is, and it is not half bad--it's not all that good if you want to nitpick; but if you're looking for a fun blast from the past with a lot of naked Asian girls, this is the one.
Black Belt (product link) Martial Arts / Drama There is not a whole lot about this movie not to like. I wish the fight scenes were longer. It's a great movie.
Roningai (product link) Swordplay/Sword(s) / Drama If you're looking for all out action, this is not the movie for you. But if you want a look at Japanese culture and a little action, this will be okay.
The Sword Of Doom (product link) Drama / Swordplay/Sword(s) I loved this movie, the only drawback for some is it's in black and white; but I think it enhances the film, it's before its time.
The Rebel (product link) Martial Arts / Drama I like this movie. The fight scenes were good, the acting wasn't bad. I didn't care if it was historically correct. It was very entertaining.
Ip Man (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This movie was pretty good, but it could have been just a little better. I think they could have given a little more detail of Ip-Man's life. The story pulls you in because he was an interesting person, but it lacked details of before and after of who he was and what made him that way. The action was great, Donnie Yen's performance was teriffic . I recommend this movie.

"After" is already in production. I thought his lifestyle and mannerisms were well represented.
Dobermann (product link) Action/Adventure / Crime This movie had all the elements to be great, but they must have gotten tired and deceided to settle for okay. It is entertaining and has good acting, it just needs to be tweaked.
Frozen Flower (product link) Action/Adventure / Drama This movie was well written and put together. It has it all: sex, action, a great story. I just love this movie. It is a must-see for anyone that loves good movies.
The Assassin [1967] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Watching this movie brought back memories of when I was a boy watching black belt theater on Saturday night. Those were good times, and you will have a good time with a bag of popcorn and cold drink watching this movie. It is very entertaining. Kung fu fans will enjoy it.
