Having said that, this one is a fun film where an "expert" lectures a school board on all the things their kids are getting up to, which are helpfully acted out on camera. Purely for informational purposes of course.

Considering it was made in 2008, it's about 25 years too late.

I'm not knocking it, but I'm not saying it's a must-see either.

"Confessions" is one of those fun swinger movies, which serves up truck loads of T'n'A. However, unlike a huge number of films in this disposable genre, it is also an entertaining and fun movie to watch as well.

I highly recommend this as an underappreciated classic of the genre.

This film fit squarely into the third section. I mean where else are you going to watch a senile old man "milking" his naked widowed daughter-in-law in a milking shed?

What we didn't expect was the heart that came with this movie.

Despite some outrageous scenes of prostitution, masturbation, and of course the milking, we also got an involving movie about loneliness and sacrifice.

The involving characters and well constructed plot turned the depraved into something really worth watching--and, dare I say it, kind of beautiful.

More reminiscent of "Porky's" in its frat humor and nudity than some of the harder sexploitation at the time, such as Radley Metzger's "Score", and the Russ Meyer films.

Still well worth a look for anybody with an interest in the exploitation genre.

It is mainly a skin flick featuring, amoungst others, the "talents" of Sakurako Kaoru, who has gone on to a slightly less illustrious career in Hardcore JAV films.

However as well as copious amounts of skin we get some of the most dodgy and hilarious sound effects, creature effects, and gore. My copy also had the added bonus of some really odd subtitles through the film.

The sex with the TV scene is genius, the bad occupation quips after each town counselor has a go at the mayor's wife are comedy at their best, and the slo-mo running naked scene is pure ballet.

The movie tells its story with gleeful bad taste and gore. From the electric shock dildo to the General with a more "alternative" taste, it is a treat for all exploitation fans.

I don't want to give this movie 4 stars. I don't want to give it any. However it is a very well made film, and clearly all involved knew their craft. Its vision was clear, and so it accomplished all it set out to do. However I should say that its hyper-realistic documentary style makes for very harrowing viewing, so be warned.

I like to think I am a connoisseur of exploitation films and to that effect have seen many dodgy and disgusting things, but this film tested me like nothing I have seen before.

The 60 minute runtime consists of the 45 minute program, then 15 minutes of extras including not funny outtakes, and a slightly dodgy making of "doco".

It might sound like i am trashing the thing, and it is rubbish, but it is rubbish unlike anything you will ever see. For that reason i recommend it wholeheartedly.

Some of the relationship things are delivered in shorthand and could be developed more. Also some of the timelines don't make sense (particularly the CIA agent, Jack, who doesn't age), but all these can be forgiven for some of the best plots twists and fights ever put on film.

Also features one of the best opening sequences I've seen.

I found it slightly disturbing, esspecially the Tabitha Stevens one, while on the surface it is a slightly odd kind of fun, every now and again you get a glimpse of just how messed up these girls are.

A film that is pretty much unique. A haunting portrayal of loneliness and longing. A minimalist dream.

It's a very low budget attempt at sleazy horror, except without the horror, and almost no sleaze. Bad acting, bad writing, and bad camera work. Not that I have heard of the director, but I would say it is his first film. The [sexy] cover picture is [misleading]. All in all, pretty crap.

So why does it only get 4.5 stars? For the first part of the movie it's almost impossible to decipher the plot. But hang on... isn't that a plus?

It's a "put on a show", slacker comedy. Great characterizations, and brilliant young comedic actresses. I am still singing the theme tune a year later, and it's in Japanese!
