Stroke Of Death (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure First of all, the story is pretty cool, but the actors are not convincing, the fights are average and to be honest you kinda lose interest in the movie after 30 minutes.
Don't buy this film.

hate to disagree with Rater Hater but basically these guys are still new to the Gibbon Fist as to where the pole fighter has learnt his skill much longer which was his advantage.
The Thundering Mantis (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure I must admit I'm not a big fan of Leung Kar-Yan, but after seeing this film I quickly changed my mind. This movie is very good, excellent fights, story; and I love the end. A MUST-HAVE!

Wu Tang Magic Kick [Crash Cinema 2-Disc Set] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Good plot--predictable but good. Well filmed, and John Liu has a chance to act a bit more than usual which is nice. But the problem is the fights. They are all pretty average, even the final one, and it's a shame because the film has a lot of potential.

Tom Yum Goong (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure I feel there are too many good fighters and they don't have their moment to shine (like Nathan Jones, the Capoeira guy, the guy with 2 swords...); but it's still a pretty good film.

It's a great film and none of the guys you mention have done anything even close to TYG!
The Fearless Hyena (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure I love the early work of Jackie because he is serious and means business at least most of the time back then. This one is something--I mean good story, nice training sequences, pretty good fights and the comedy is actually funny not ridiculous.
If you like old school kung-fu, you shouldn't miss this one.

Dirty Ho (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Another great film from Liu Chia-Liang with Gordon Liu and Lo Lieh--and as usual they are effective. The action is awesome--especially the final scene--but the comedy ruins it for me. Nonetheless it's worth buying.
Odd Couple (product link) Martial Arts / Comedy To be honest, I don't know why this movie has such a reputation. Okay, well there's Sammo and Lau Kar-Wing and that's it. The movie is bad, the comedy is so annoying, and the fights are okay, but not good enough to make you forget that you spent 97 minutes watching this thing. Don't buy it.

Shaun is absolutely correct. This has some of the best use of weapons you'll find in a movie. Other than maybe Legendary Weapons of China, I can't think of a movie with better weapons action.
The 18 Bronzemen 2 (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure During the Qing Dynasty, there was a rumor that Shaolin Temple would overthrow the dynasty. So a prince disguise himself and become a Shaolin student. Before leaving the Temple he needs to pass the test of the 18 Bronzemen.
Review: The story is not bad. It's just strangely put together and I'm not a big fan of Carter Wong. I mean he is a good actor but he is just not a martial art artist.
After one hour you kind of lose interest in the movie. Same thing for 18BM part.1. Rent it, but don't buy it...well maybe for cheap.

Good movie! 1st was decent. As for Mr. Wong's martial arts ability....he taught HK police dept. He is a martial artist turned actor not the other way around.
