Definitely not one of my favorite Jackie Chan movies. A little old for my taste (I like the early-, mid-90s stuff), and not the greatest action.

I was disappointed. I had read that this was Jackie Chan's best movie in a long time, but I didn't like it very much. A little too dramatic.
