The Victim [1980] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Classic movie with superb kung fu starring Sammo Hung and Beardie. Cool movie with lots of great bouts.
SPL: Sha Po Lang (product link) Crime / Drama Cool movie. Donnie is back and so is Sammo. But it is Jackie Wu who almost steals the show as a silent killer. Great fights, especially the ones between Donnie and Jackie Wu. And the end fight with Sammo.
The Legendary Strike (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Crap movie and mediocre fighting, except for Casanova Wong, who is superb, but underused.
The Kung Fu Emperor (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Okay kung fu in this confusing romp. Dorian Tan and Ti Lung are good. The movie is not.
A Fistful Of Talons [9-Movie Set] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Overrated Billy Chong movie with not enough Whang In Sik. Great kung fu, but poorly edited.
Drunken Master (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This is as good as it gets. Near plotless movie with endless fighting. And the fighting is incredible. The two bouts between Jackie and Superkicker Whang Jang Lee are out of this world. Jackie never looked better.
Challenge Of Death [DOUBLE FEATURE] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Mediocre movie. And even Wong Tao and Dorian Tan can't save it. Some okay fighting but not enough great kung fu moves. Only for Don and Dorian aficionados.
Righting Wrongs (product link) Girls With Guns / Martial Arts Yuen Biao is great and shows of some incredible moves. Pretty violent, always a good thing. And Mrs. Rothrock has a superb bout against another woman.

I agree. This was Biao's turn to shine and I believe he delivered. I also agree that the fight between Rothrock and Karen Shepherd was pretty intense.
Shaolin Master Killer (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This is a classic kung fu movie, Hung Gar style. Gordon Liu is super cool. All the fight scenes are in real time (amazing). Good-looking movie with superb editing.
Hard Boiled (product link) Action/Adventure / Bullet Ballet Superb heroic bloodshed movie. Tons of killer actions scenes. Chow is perfect and Leung is even better. John Woo at his best. Nearly as good as "The Killer". Dont miss this!!
Warriors Two (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This is a perfect kung fu film: awesome fights, never a dull moment and near endless fightscenes. Casanova Wong is superb and uses his kicking skills to full effect (and what skills). Leung Kar Yan in his best role ever and Sammo in top figting form. It doesn't get better than this. As good as "Drunken Master".
Circus Kids [DOUBLE FEATURE] (product link) Action/Adventure / Martial Arts This movie stars Donnie Yen, Yuen Biao and superkicker Ken Lo (of "Drunken Master 2" fame). It should be great, but it really isn't. Poor production values, bad editing and an incoherent plot make this a big dud. Even the fighting is bad, and all too short. This film is crap. Avoid.
5-Pattern Dragon Claws (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Some cool fights are the only virtue in this typical Godfrey Ho patchwork. Only for Hwang Jang Lee and Dragon Lee completists.
Hit Man In The Hand Of Buddha [DOUBLE FEATURE] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This is a cool kung fu movie. Lots of killer fights and super kicking from Hwang Jang Lee. And a rare chance to see Hwang as the protagonist. A cool stickfight in the end. Leg-man Hwang looks like he was born with a stick in his hands.
The Last Hurrah For Chivalry (product link) Swordplay/Sword(s) / Martial Arts This is a really cool kung fu movie. Without any superstars. Filled with lots of great fights. Lee Hoy San is supercool as the bad guy (isn't he always?) and Fung Hark On has two awesome bouts as well. John Woo shows here some promise of what he would become. The film is very well directed with a lot of his usual flair. Easily the best of Woo's kung fu flix.
My Young Auntie (product link) Martial Arts / Comedy This is part kungfu and part musical. IIt is a really fun ride wiht lots of music, dance and killer kungfu fights. Lau Kar Leung is really in a really playfull mood here, one scene stars of with a dance rutine and end of becoming a nifty fight. The direction is really dynamic and the shawbrother sets are really beatyfull.
Especially the end bout is spetacular. This is a movie to own
Carry On Pickpocket (product link) Crime / Comedy This movie is very silly and there are not enough fights in it. Sammo shows of some cool dance-moves though. It is mostly a comedy with a few fight scenes thrown in.
Don't Give A Damn [3-Disc Set] (product link) Action/Adventure / Comedy A movie starring Sammo, Yuen and Kaneshiro should be great, but this really is not. Yuen comes of best with a few good moves. The plot is tired and stupid. Give this movie a miss.
Filthy Guy (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure The only good thing about this movie is Sammo, and he is good and does a lot of flips and kicks. But the movie is badly directed and contrived. Sammo is so much better than this movie and he is the reason it gets 2 stars.
Heart Of Dragon (product link) Drama / Martial Arts This is a rare departure for Jackie and Sammo. It is really a drama with some kung fu fights thrown in. Both stars acts beautifully, and in the end Jackie really shows his stuff. It is basicly "Rainman" with kung fu. The action is amazing but there is not enough of it to sustain the film's running time. Shame.
The Himalayan (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Okay kungfu movie starring Angela Mao and superkicker Tan Tao Liang. Tan does show of some of his kicking abilities, but not enough. Angela is cool as ever and moves really good. A okay revenge kung fu flick.
Dual Flying Kicks (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This is not a good kung fu movie. Superkicker Tan Tao Liang does show off his amazing bootwork, but it is not enough to save this mess of a movie. For Tan Tao Liang aficionados only.
Hero Of The Time [4-Movie Set] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Tan Tao is amazing and kicks like a son of a bitch. But the film itself is crap, and when he is not doing his taekwondo kicking it's simply dull. If you want to see Tan Tao Liang at his best then watch "Leg Fighters" instead.
The Leg Fighters (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure If you like bootwork, then this is the movie for you. Tan Tao Liang is simply amazing in this, but so is the main opponent and the girl as well. Everybody in this movie can kick, and they do, often. This movie does contain a lot of silly comedy, but the action is so cool and plentiful that it doesn't matter. Watch this high-kicking classic.
Revenge Of The Shaolin Master [PanMedia] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This is not a good movie but Dorian (bootmaster) Tan is supercool and his fighting alone is worth 2 stars. Watch this only if you are bored and just want kung fu action and if you really don't care about the film itself.
The Death Duel Of Kung Fu [DOUBLE FEATURE] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure This is one of the best films starring John Liu and Wong Tao. The kung fu is superb, with a lot of bootwork; and the bad guy (not Hwang Jang Lee) is pretty good and really fast. Even Wong Tao gets to show off his Tae Kwon Do kicking skills. This film is nearly plotless but has a great many cool fights.

I agree 100%. the only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the storyline. The action however is top notch and John Liu is unbelievable.
Born To Fight [2004] (product link) Action/Adventure / Martial Arts Cool movie with awesome stunts and pretty much non-stop action, peppered with great kicking from Dan.
Five Deadly Venoms (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure A kung fu classic mostly because of the ending, which contains no-holds-barred kung fu action from the five Venoms. The film starts of slow though, with almost no fighting. But when the fighting finally starts it is really good. Cool sets and unforgettable costumes.
Seven Swords (product link) Martial Arts / Swordplay/Sword(s) Okay movie with amazing scenery and really cool sets. But the editing is frantic, especially during the fighting, which is undercranked and wire-enhanced. And not nearly enough of Donnie Yen.

Two Great Cavaliers (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Pretty good kung fu flick, starring superkicker John Liu and Angelo Mao. Lots of good fights, both Liu and Mao shine.
The Secret Of The Shaolin Poles (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure Not a sequel to "Incredible Leg Fighters", also starring Delon Tam. No this is an average kung fu flick and Delon Tan doesn't really fight with his legs in this (shame). Not bad, just nothing special.
The Buddha Assassinator (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure A mediocre kung fu movie starring (superkicker) Hwang Jang Lee as the bad guy. He is great and there are some good acrobatics as well.
Rob-B-Hood (product link) Action/Adventure / Comedy Another mediocre Jackie Chan flick. I miss his golden days (the kung fu days of the '70s and '80s). The stuntwork is miles better than American films, but not on par with that of Thailand. Hokey fun but not nearly enough action from Chan.
Chocolate [2008] (product link) Martial Arts / Action/Adventure A pretty good movie with some awesome fighting in it. This girl knows how to fight. She kicks and flips all through the movie using little or no doubles. The action in this movie is spectacular and is probably only topped by Tony Jaa. Watch this if you like kung fu flix.

YoMama is essentially correct. The action is only slightly inferior to Tony Jaa, while the other factors are superior.
Yes, its an awesome movie. I don't get these people who say the action sucked, or the story was lacking. The story was far better than Ong Bak, production values were better, and action just as entertaining.
