This film exudes excitement. From the frenzied choreography to the wild crane shots to the lively, colorful villains, to the thumping techno soundtrack.

Yes this movie is pure fluff -- but it's GREAT FLUFF!

A perfect action, "people on a mission"-style chanbara knock-out arterial extravaganza.

Plain and simple -- just a lotta' of fun.

I went into this film with minimal expectations and was floored once the credits starred rolling at just how much I had enjoyed this. The fight sequences were well done, the cinematography was beautiful, and it had the perfect blend of humor, action, adventure, and heart. Even the acting from Chan and Li was impressive. I cannot praise this film enough. In my eyes -- a modern classic.

Not since the original "Star Wars", in my opinion, has a film been so much fun! Check it out!

Although a heavily flawed and poorly paced sequel/continuation to Kinji Fukasaku's original masterpiece, this film's haunting score, wonderful production design, and excitingly chaotic action sequences make this follow-up worth the time.

A lot more fun than I was expecting, and well worth the price. This is campy, exciting fluff as its best. I mean their weapons are @#%*ing yo-yo's!

Decent sequel to the original "Wandering Ginza". Chiba is a lot of fun and Kaji is wonderful as ever, but the lack of a truly interesting, fun script makes this entry not nearly as memorable as the first.

Not as engaging and thought-provoking as I had hoped, but still a *fairly* well executed film nonetheless.

It should be noted maybe that despite her being on the cover -- Chiaki Kuriyama's actual screen time in the film probably clocks in at around 10 minutes in total, which was also a bit of a disappointment.

Still, good, if not at times overly quirky, performance by Joe Odagiri (that creepy white-robed guy from "Azumi").
