Sodom The Killer (product link) Horror / Thriller One of the funniest movies I've seen in some time. The biggest problem is that it wasn't supposed to be a comedy. With a blind man driving a car and a man wrestling a dummy and a stupid airplane flying, there is enough humor to amuse anyone. Unless you spent money on this.
The Last Eve (product link) Martial Arts / Science Fiction Symbols were the underlying theme of this movie? A giant turd would have been the best symbol for it. I thought "Beverly Hills Ninja" had better martial arts in it. I'm sorry but I didn't like it one bit.

Occult Detective Club: The Doll Cemetery (product link) Horror / Thriller Not one of the worst movies I've ever seen, but in there trying all the way. Special effects were not special or effective. Corny story, corny acting. Listen carefully: keep away from this movie, keep very far away
Hard Gun (product link) Action/Adventure / Martial Arts It's a good thing Tony Jaa made better movies after this, otherwise nobody would know who he was. It was on the borderline of being funny, but I don't think it was supposed to be a comedy. But since I purchased it, I guess the joke is on me.

Sweet Revenge (product link) Drama / Thriller You could definitely do better than this thriller. A couple things I learned from this: Fan Bing Bing sure is pretty, and not everything Anthony Wong is in is good.
It's kind of predictable, but what was the romance about? A reverse cougar thing going on here. And the ending was sketchy at best.

Das Komabrutale Duell (product link) Horror / Thriller Gory, gory, but no story. A helpful household hint about using a hot glue gun for reinstalling body parts--and that's one of the good things. Just plain sucked.

Don't Open Your Eyes (product link) Ghost / Action/Adventure I can't tell if this movie was supposed to be part comedy or all horror. It was easy to see where the story was going and how it was going to get there. I've seen most of the cast in better films, so I can't really blame this on them. A detective gets the ghost eye ability to see ghosts, which is helpful since one is coming after him for revenge. The movie just seemed like it could have been better with such an unusual plot. Disappointing.
Aihyoka: Chi-Manako (product link) TV Shows/Movies / Drama Not a terrible movie, but it was hard to feel anything for the main character. It has a few moments, but I guess the moral is that you're nobunny 'til somebunny wants you.
Shiver [2003] (product link) Horror / Thriller Not an original idea, I think, since it reminded me of so many other movies I've seen. It's just that the other movies I've seen were better. The cast was okay, just not a lot to work with.
Cyber Wars (product link) Science Fiction / Action/Adventure Kind of a "Matrix" type of movie without all the special effects, the action, and the story. Probably "Cyber Warts" would have fit it better
Real Fiction (product link) Drama / Crime Starts off slow as you meet the main character then never really gets out of gear. Kinda' like a "Falling Down" with Michael Douglas but without any humor whatsoever. Love most of Kim Ki-Duk's films, but this is not one of them.
Cold Prey (product link) Horror / Thriller This movie has its moments, just not enough of them. Usually in a slasher flick I try to guess who will be the survivor to make it at least interesting. I won again. I'll wait for the new "Friday The 13th".

I was crazy stoked to see this film. And crazy bored when I finally got my wish.
Red Room 2 (product link) Horror / Thriller Definitely not as good as the first, if you liked the first. A lot gorier than the first. The characters were more real in the first. Just didn't care for it all that much.
The Elephant On The Bike (product link) Drama / Romance A non-descript film with a main character that is hard to have feelings for. Kept waiting for something to pick up the pace but...
Killing Car (product link) Thriller / Erotica A kind of "Plan 9 From Outer Space" in the beginning, the way it starts in the morning then seems to be heading to darkness pretty quickly. I never heard gun shots like the ones in this movie. I guess that's the way they sounded in 1989. It really wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either.
Mr. Wacky (product link) Drama I was extremely disappointed in this movie. Usually Korean movies are entertaining, especially the comedies, but this was an exception.
Epitaph (product link) Horror / Thriller Was it me or was this movie hard to follow for awhile? It does have some creepy moments, and the storyline wasn't bad, but they have a way to go to be the Pang Bros.
3 Days Of A Blind Girl (product link) Drama Once you get past Anthony Wong looking like a psycho Von Trapp kid, it was an enjoyable movie .Veronica Yip is some nice looking woman. I just had to add that. But her acting was even better. She would have looked better in the Von Trapp outfit.
Help [2008] (product link) Horror / Thriller Not all that bad .Built up tension, plot twisted a little, and an ending I didn't expect. Maybe I'm just stupid.
Tokyo Gore Police (product link) Action/Adventure / Horror I really didn't care for this. After the shock value kind of wore off, it bored me. I enjoyed "The Machine Girl" better and liked "Chanbara Beauty" even better. I guess I'm not one of the many who seemed to enjoy it.
Summer Breeze Of Love (product link) Comedy / Romance I can't help it. I like the TWINS. They are so cute and innocent--well at least one of them didn't do their own sex video. But even though you know how it's going to end up, if you like the twins it won't matter
The Return Of Swamp Thing (product link) Horror / Science Fiction Campy movie but enjoyable. How can you resist a movie with dialogue like, "This will never work because I'm a plant." "That's alright, I'm a vegetarian." Full of quirky conversation and not so special effects, it still is enjoyable
Black Cat 2 (product link) Action/Adventure / Girls With Guns Corny dialogue, one of the longest short movies I've ever seen, but Jade Leung is worth the price of admission. I just wish her part could have been more substantial as far as development. But it really wasn't too bad.
Devil Of Rape (product link) Horror / Erotica I didn't notice while watching that there were no subtitles; but it's not like you need them... Lots of nice looking women. But when isn't a cat3 film filled with nice looking Asian females? How does one come up with ideas like this?
To Seduce An Enemy (product link) Erotica / Crime One of the strangest cat3 movies I've seen. A lot of skin is shown except for those parts that get the male ego? going. A little twist at the end made this movie a little better. All in all it wasn't a real waste of time. I just expected more.
Futago (product link) Thriller / Action/Adventure Strange movie. Took about a half hour to see where it was going. Some creepy moments. The ending was not what I expected, which was a good thing. She really had unnerving eyes. Not bad though.
Asako In Ruby Shoes (product link) Drama / Romance Strange kind of story but you will be rewarded if you stay with it. Two lonely people in different countries somehow eventually making a connection. I guess there really is someone for everyone if you look around.
He Was Cool (product link) Comedy / Romance This is the kind of movie that Korean filmmakers excel at: romantic, dramatic, and a little comedy thrown in for good measure. Two completely different people finding their way into each other's heart. Very likeable cast and storyline.
Loft (product link) Horror / Thriller "The Loft" is one of those movies that is hard to figure out. With a mummy, a murder--or was there a murder?--a convincing female lead who ends up in the middle of everything... A few twists made this flick a little better than average. Stay with it.
Connected (product link) Thriller / Crime Even though this was a remake of "Cellular", which is the opposite of what it usually is, it still was entertaining. The car chases were really good. The two main characters were good, but some of the other players seemed out of sync with their roles. But when it gets rolling it's non-stop and maybe you won't notice
Plague Town (product link) Horror / Thriller Didn't know what to expect with this one, as I had never heard of it, but it was pretty good. The cast were good and the gore was up there. Some intense moments made for a good movie.
