The Green Hornet (product link) TV Shows/Movies / Martial Arts Up until now, the ONLY exposure I had to the Green Hornet was seeing him and Kato on an episode of Batman. Well, this 'theatrical' version edited from various episodes more than makes up for that. GH & Kato don't waste any time going into action, and this IS action-packed from start to finish. Bruce Lee really gets his chops in (no pun intended)and you can see his future potential as he and GH fight against a group of hunters, psuedo-alien invaders, and saving the best for last, a wicked Chinese Tong. This is one I'll watch more than once!
Gamera 2: Assault Of The Legion (product link) Science Fiction / Thriller Everyone by now should know of Shusuke Kaneko's Gamera trilogy, the training ground for the later GMK. G2 (as Assault of the Legion has been referred to) is my personal favorite of the trilogy, and is what the Heisei and Millenium Godzilla series of films could have and should have been. The execution, acting and direction are all A+. To the point: Get this film at any cost or forever lose your coolness credentials!
