Bio: Likes: Old school kung fu and Japanese movies. Dislikes: Directors who think utilizing ridiculous monochromatic color schemes ala Kurosawa's Ran makes their otherwise crappy and mundane movie brilliant. Examples of this include "Hero" and "House of Flying Daggers". Condescending twits who lecture people about anti-intellectualism on a site devoted to old school kung fu films of all genres. This is hkflix, not Cahiers du Cinema. I am not impressed.
