| Are there any specific films, or types of films, that you'd like to see available at HKFlix that are currently missing from our catalog?
Just to clarify, I'm talking about stuff you know to be available on DVD/BD, not stuff you want to be released on DVD, etc. (But that would make a good topic too...)
Anyway, we'd love to hear any suggestions/requests you may have! | Choco 10/23/2008 2:04 PM |

| #4 | Just my opinion but you need some more over the top Filipino Action flicks along the lines of the actor "Fernando Poe Jr". I only see one movie available which is currently out of print. But aside from that I'm fully satisifed. | Turnbull_AC 10/27/2008 7:24 AM |
| #5 | Turnbull_AC, great suggestion, we'll definitely look into this for you ASAP. Can you list a few DVD titles that you'd like to see so we can try to source them? | Choco 10/27/2008 7:57 AM |
| #6 | All I have to see is FPJ 0r Fernando Poe JR. is a filipino action icon. Note most filipino movies may be cheesy for some and the quality is less to be desired but I myself am a fan of hilarious over the top flipino style action. One of my favorite Fernandoe Poe Jr. movies is "Pagbabalik ng probinsiyano [The Return of the Province Boy]" but there are many more I haven't seen yet but would definately like to see for example:
Pagbabalik ng probinsiyano [The Return of the Province Boy]
Batas ng Lansangan [Law Of The Streets]
The Epimaco Velasco Story: NBI
Dangerous Enemy
Batas Ng 45 [Law of 45]

Okay, on a serious note, there is an Australian film I've been trying to get my hands on... "End Play" written and directed by Tim Burstall. Last I checked it's still in print in Australia, but that was a while ago. Really cool 70's mystery/thriller type deal. My VHS copy is on it's last legs. Any sign of hope for this one would be tremendous! | Bottle Kids! 11/29/2008 9:31 PM |
