ALL ABOUT THE DVD PLAYER MODIFICATION Use this page to order a region-free modification of your own DVD player once authorized to do so by an HKFlix representative. Please be sure to select the proper modification option as instructed by our staff. Please note that our upgrade provides region-free or all-region compatibility only. PAL/NTSC support is a different matter, unrelated to this upgrade. Some machines have built-in support for PAL to NTSC converters. Others don't support this, but may provide both PAL/NTSC video output. Please CONTACT US if you have any questions about the capabilities of your DVD player. Once instructed to do so by an HKFlix representative, please mail your DVD player to us at: HKFLIX 8455 N.W. 68th Street Miami, FL 33166 Please be sure to securely package the unit. It would be best to pack in the original box, then double box that. You can send via whatever method you like. Please be sure to insure it. And please email me the tracking number after you ship it. Please allow 4-5 business days for modification once it has been received. Under rare circumstances, it could take longer.
