ALL ABOUT THE PIONEER DV-F727/DV-F07 ELITE Our region free modified Pioneer DV-F727 provides a solution for organizing and storing your collection of NTSC DVDs from around the world. It has few features besides its capacity and advanced organization and categorization system. However, it does eliminate copy protection from its video output, which may be useful to some people We've modified this unit to play any region DVD. This region-free DVD player can play PAL and NTSC DVDs, but it does not have a built in converter, so you will need a multi-system monitor/TV to be able to play both PAL and NTSC DVDs. For example, if you live in the USA, you will only be able to view PAL Region-2 DVDs from Europe if your monitor/TV can display a PAL signal. The DV-F07 ELITE builds on the 301 disc capacity of the DV-F727 with Pioneer ELITE quality. The DV-F07 features higher build quality, and better A/V circuitry.
