In addition to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, the manufacturer offers an industry leading 1 year labor/1 year parts warranty on this hardware item. The warranty goes into effect the day we ship the order to you and is bound by the policies listed below:

• If your item requires warranty service during the 1 year full coverage period, the manufacturer or their agent will pay for all parts, labor charges, and return shipping via either UPS GROUND or FEDEX GROUND back to you.
  
  
• Evidence of abuse voids this warranty. "Abuse" encompasses dropping the unit, disassembling the unit, spilling liquids on it, not plugging it into a decent power supply, etc.
  
  
• You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item either to us or directly to the manufacturer.
  
  
• We are unable to ship a new machine before receiving the returned item.
  
  
• It is at the manufacturer's discretion whether to repair or replace the item.
  
  
• Standard warranty turnaround is 2-4 weeks if parts do not need to be ordered. If parts do need to be ordered, it may take longer. Please note that in most cases, HKFlix simply facilitates warranty repair with the manufacturer.

Returned merchandise must be in original manufacturer's carton with all included accessories, and in resalable condition. Please double-box returns with sufficient packaging and ship via an insured courier service. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in-transit.
