HKFlix.com is pleased to offer a 30 day labor/1 year parts warranty on this DVD player. Our warranty goes into effect the day we ship the order to you and is bound by the policies listed below:

• If your DVD player requires warranty service during the 30 day full coverage period, we will pay for all parts, labor charges, and return shipping via either UPS GROUND or FEDEX GROUND back to you.
  
  
• Evidence of abuse voids this warranty. "Abuse" encompasses dropping the unit, disassembling the unit, spilling liquids on it, not plugging it into a decent power supply, etc.
  
  
• You are responsible for shipping charges to return the player either to us or directly to the manufacturer.
  
  
• We are unable to ship a new machine before receiving the returned player.
  
  
• It is at our discretion whether to repair or replace the player.
  
  
• Standard warranty turnaround is 2-4 weeks if parts do not need to be ordered. If parts do need to be ordered, it may take longer. Please note that in most cases, HKFlix simply facilitates warranty repair with the manufacturer.

If you simply decide not to keep your DVD player, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund minus an 18% restocking fee. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must be in original manufacturer's carton with all included accessories, and in resalable condition. Please double-box returns with sufficient packaging and ship via an insured courier service. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in-transit.
